Her Next Era presents
for the woman becoming her
Ten weeks of high-touch, psychologist-led practice for the woman who has done the inner work... and is ready to live it. October 1 – December 10 · 15 women.
Applications open September 19, right after the free workshop. The list gets them first.
The version of you who follows through. Who rests without guilt. Who has standards in love and does not apologize for them. Who can feel doubt without handing it the decision, and returns after a miss without making it mean something terrible about her. Not a fantasy version of you... the real, slightly more honest, slightly more brave version that is already in there.
You are not new to this work. You have read the books. Maybe sat in the therapy chair. Journaled the same realization more than once. Your self-awareness is real, and it is genuinely impressive.
And that is exactly the trap. Awareness feels like progress, so you keep collecting more of it. But insight lives in your head, and the pattern lives in your body, your identity, and your sense of what is safe. Under pressure, familiar beats ideal.
The loop survives every realization you have about it. That is not a character flaw. It is what happens when insight has never had a place to become practice... repetition, regulation, and identity work, supported, until the new response stops feeling unfamiliar.
That is what ten weeks together is for.
Identity + Regulation + Trust = Embodiment
Defining who you’re becoming, unlearning the old role you keep returning to, and building the new identity in behaviors, not moodboards.
Building the internal safety and capacity to stay with discomfort, create a pause before the automatic response, and hold more.
Self-trust built through evidence: clean decisions, boundaries that survive attachment, and repair after a miss.
The group is the point, not a compromise. You hear your own pattern in another woman’s example. You practice receiving support without performing. You learn that your protective strategies are personal, but not uniquely shameful.
German psychologist, master coach and marriage & family therapist. Jenny holds Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy and Marriage and Family Therapy, and what sets her work apart is turning complex psychology into practical shifts women can actually use.
The mastermind is where her work goes deepest: teaching that moves into coaching, coaching that moves into practice, and practice that turns into evidence you can trust. Bring the actual text, boundary, decision, habit or trigger into the room.
Testimonial space, waiting for a real voice. Jenny’s client words land here, with permission, exactly as she said them.
name · her eraSecond testimonial space. Specific beats dramatic: one kept boundary says more than “this changed my life.”
name · her eraThird testimonial space, ready when the first cohort has evidence of her own.
name · her eraFifteen seats. The list gets the application before anywhere else, the moment doors open.
“What once felt unfamiliar becomes familiar. You embody her.”
The free two-day workshop on September 18 and 19 is the best preview of how we work. Start there.
Application first, then a short fit call to make sure the container is right for you, in both directions. A clear yes, or an honest not-right-now. Enrollment closes before October 1.
$1,997 paid in full, or three monthly payments of $700. Payment details are handled after your fit call.
The mastermind is not built on the assumption that you lack awareness. It addresses why awareness can disappear as an available choice when you are activated, and gives you ten weeks of coaching, practice and evidence so the new response becomes reachable in the moment.
Therapy may have given you real insight and healing, and nothing here diminishes that. Jenny is a psychologist and MFT herself. The difference is the focus: structured practice, real-time pattern interruption, group coaching, accountability, and embodiment across daily choices. It is a coaching and educational experience, not treatment.
That fear makes sense, because inconsistency may already be part of the wound. The program does not demand a perfect participant. Right-sized commitments, returning after a miss, and repair are part of the curriculum itself. You are not starting over every time you return. Returning is the skill.
No, and that is by design. The mastermind is a group container with clear boundaries: no private coaching calls, no unlimited WhatsApp access. The support is real and structured... weekly calls, two support windows a week, and the community.
Replays, prompts and resources are included, so a missed week never becomes a lost week. And the container is built for live participation... plan to be there.
